• Check out the settings on the application for the tones.

• If you have a smartphone, tell the phone to read your last messages. I have the Lg Tone Infinim connected to my iPhone 6 Plus and Siri reads all of the convo from my message. It also allows me the tell Siri what to reply. I hope that helps.
