• I had the same problem, the only solution I have found so far is to use a different style, with a mic on the cord and hold the mic next to my lips. I have a low voice and the LG seems not to pick up my voice well.

• The other person is wrong. They do have mic, otherwise there wouldn't be any reason to make calls duh! They are two small holes on the left side of the headset, one is close to a button. Exchange it at Best Buy if it still doesn't work.

• This earphones doesn't come with mic. So buy one with mic.
