• it will not pair automatically, you need to do that yourself. but it connects automatically to my old iPhone and my galaxy s6 when I turn it on. I don't know if you laptop has the capability to connect with them mine cant but it doesn't have much for Bluetooth compatibility

• Yes it will pair. Don't think it is limited to two because I have three linked. if both devices are near each other. You may need to turn off Bluetooth on the one you do not want to use.
