• Hi Marty, I used mine with a Verizon Droid Smartphone and had no problems with phone calls. The problem I've had with the LG Tone series is that they will all FAIL after about 12 to 14 months, so I hope you got the extended 2 year warranty with yours. I've owned 3 pairs of these in the last 3+ years (With the LG tone platinum being the latest). After my LG tone platinums went out on me I decided to go with the BOSE Soundsports (which I love so far, we'll see if they last). I wrote reviews for both the LG tone platinum and the Bose soundsports. Hope this was helpful!

• I’ve had mine for almost 4 years and haven’t had any trouble at all! I use them all day long and easy to connect
