• I HAD A HARD TIME FIGURING IT OUT BUT FOUND IT. THE VOLUME BUTTONS ARE LOCATED ON THE MIC CONTROL LOCATED ON THE STRAP. UP AND DOWN VOLUME BUTTONS ARE ON THE ENDS OF EACH SIDE. VERY SMALL BUT THERE. HOPE THIS HELPS.

• The built in mic isnt great in my experience. I wear them around the ear and cable behind my head. There isnt a microphone volume adjust button so I just have to speak louder and make sure the microphone hole isn't against my head.
