• If the Windows Operating phone is bluetooth capable, they shouldn't have a problem functioning with a Windows Operating phone.

• Yes, as long as it has Bluetooth capabilities which I'm sure most do. Works great with my Nokia Lumia 925.

• Most definitely. All the features work it even reads texts to me and allows me to reply(not available when they are paired with my wife's android phone)
