• Simultaneously slide and hold the Volume jog switch into the volume up (+) direction, and slide and hold the Previous/Next jog switch into the (<<) position for one second. ^AC

• I have not yet found a way to do this during a call using my Android, as I don't recall the first right play/pause button doing this, nor the LG Tone & Talk app. Ability to mute via BT may vary by phone OS & manufacturer.

• The only way I’d assume is by hitting mute on your actual phone. There’s no way to do it on the headphones themselves.

• Mute your phone which mutes the microphone. I use them w iPhone 6 conference calls and mute my phone.
