• We have issues with it not cutting out background noise and making you sound like you are very very very muffled almost as if you were shouting from across the room. It seems as if it amplifies background noise and mutes voices.

• All the LGs I've ever owned, ppl couldn't tell I was on Bluetooth, but just watch your air vents and open car window air noise, it'll seem like your in a wind tunnel

• The mic on this headset seems to be an improvement over my old LG headset. I dont remember the model but it was also an LG. I haven't had anyone ask me to repeat what I just said with this model. The controls are nicer on this one too, in my opinion.
