• Try pairing with someone else's device or your phone if you have a smartphone , if it still makes noise, get a new pair by exchanging at BB or factory warranty.

• If it's between a year or less, call LG and they will send you a new one. That's what we did.

• I have not experienced this with my headphones but I use mine with my iPhone.
