Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It may be your phone. My brother had the same problem until my teen son went into his settings on the phone and fixed it (figures lol). My brother had bought three new pair of headsets thinking something was wrong with them! Apparently some phones allow an option where you can choose to only listen to music out of one ear. My brother had accidentally made that selection. You may have to Google info on your particular phone to see if this may be your issue. Hope it helps.

To establish the warranty if the right earphone is not damaged. you'll also need to send in a copy of the original bill of sale...^IFV
