If the internal battery is defective, it will not accept a charge. Your headset has a Limited Manufacturer's Warranty of One (1) Year from the date of original purchase and you wouif you are still in warranty, you will need your receipt or bill of sale as proof of purchase for a repair of replacement. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe its dead? charge it. Maybe its not synced correctly. Check the sync. Maybe your volume is turned down so low you cant hear anything. Turn the volume up on the phone and on the bluetooth device. There are 2 ways to adjust volume.
