Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it's not pairing you need to look for the instructions that came with it. There is a process of pushing call button for 3 seconds to cause it to send out search again. Also it will automatically turn off after 10 min of non use.

Please try again later.if the blue light is on it is charged. put the ear piece in and turn it on. you should hear the speaker state the power level, if not I would return it. make sure the blue tooth on your phone is set to on and put it in pairing mode. you can do this by going to "settings"
