Absolutely! This is a neckband headphone and does not require both earbuds to be used at the same time in order to hear sound.

Yes you can, I do it all the time. The sound will play out of both earpieces so whether you put in the left or right only you'd hear the sound

You can use just one of the earbuds for the LG TONE TRIUMPH™ Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS.510.ACUSBKI, but keep in mind that the headphone is a "Stereo Wireless Headset" so you will only be hearing one channel with just one earbud...^IFV
