“I bought the headphones recently, but only the right side vibrates is that how it's suppose to work or is it a defect? Is the whole headset suppose to vibrate or just the right side?”

Yes a suppose to work like that on thw right side has all the components!

Yes, only one side of the headset vibrates. Depending on the HBS model, depends which side it will vibrate.

this is a defect, take them back for factory defect
