“How to vent out the top? (I live in a condo) I have a small closet space for a stackable washer and dryer in my apartment and my exhaust pipe is located in the ceiling. What is the default venting option for this dryer? I don't believe a vent pipe will fit out the back as the closet dimensions are very small (depth-wise, it's about 30"). My current dryer vents out to the right and is fitted with a curved pipe out and up around through the top. If it needs to be vented out to the right, can that be done prior to delivery?”

Your new dryer is shipped to vent to the rear and it can also be configured to vent to the bottom or side. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also tried to put mine into a small space. In the end, I just put it an empty space nearby. It sounds like the dryer will stick out a little if your depth is only 30 inches since you need the duct will add about 3 to 4 inches. If you're ok with it, I think you could just pull the dryer out a little to accommodate the vent. With regards to the direction, you could try to get a rigid vent that will work or you can get a soft flexible one that can bend any which way.
