“loud noises, rubbing and knocking and bopbopbop noise and scratching rubbing noise drum looks wobbly got this set from my daughter for x-mas....thought it was off balance so called the best buy out said leg was lose, tightened it ran it empty said it was level and fine....second time they came out ran it said it was suppose to be like that...ever since i used it the first time i hear loud knocking noise bapbap noise scraping knocking noise...they said load uneven...so i did make sure of that there is something wrong or its just defective...the drum inside wobbles around a lot like its real lose...i dont know what to do i havent used it since the last time best buy looked at it....there is something really wrong with it..they ran it empty...it didnt do it...with clothes in it is just horrible..my daughter has the same one, but three four years older and hers is quite and runs how it should...please advise...the model number is wm3070hwa sku:4756727 dryer is fine dlex3070w sku:4756818”
