“Is there a load weight limit? I've had this model for about 9 months. Today, washing a throw rug, the washing refused to spin, showing the error code "UE". I rearranged the load, tried starting the cycle over with more items (some towels) and tried a manual spin cycle with just the heavy, wet rug. In all cases, the washer would start to spin, stop, then try again, sometimes in the other direction. After some 20-30 minutes, it would stop trying and display the "UE" code again. Is there a weight limit I've come up against? (I could swear I've washed this rug and others like it in this washer before.) Or am I seeing some kind of fault in the unit?”
