The LG 4.3 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity TurboWash™ Washer w/ NFC Tag On, Model # WM3570HWA is a High Efficiency Washer and as such, it is recommended that you only use High Efficiency (HE) detergents that are available in either liquid or powdered form...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can use powder but you will have to wash out the soap draw about once a month or it clogs. I just switched to liquid to avoid that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Liquid. Make certain it is high efficiency laundry soap only. This is very important. These soaps will specifically state that they are high efficiency soaps on the bottle. A lot also have just the two letters HE on the bottle. Regular soap is not good for HE machines and can actually damage your machine. If you see even the tiniest amount of suds in the machine at the end of a cycle you are either using too much, not using HE, soap, or both. This machine has a tub clean cycle. If you see suds I recommend immediately running the tub clean cycle once or even twice. Don't add any soap. A bit of beach maybe but no soap. Remember; when using HE soap you do not need to use as much as you do with regular soaps. Good luck! I hope you enjoy your new machine. I have had mine for six months and I love it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only use those for HE high efficiency. The cup is marked for liquid but it is rinsed with water. Powder may work. Also the highly concentrated liquids only need a tablespoon to clean well and the level standard is much higher, so don't use too much.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Liquid is preferred and is set up for but if I recall correctly from my book you can use powder. believe you just have to remove the little tray that sits in the drawer to do so.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.may use both, but liquid he is highly recommended.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can use both but liquid HE detergent works best.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can use any detergent that fits for automatic washers. I use the one that you put a small packet inside of a washer with your load, and it works great.
