“How do you get the liquid fabric softener to dispense on this washing machine? I'm on my second one and it still does not work. I'm told it's automatic but I'm questioning that since I've now had two that don't do it. Is there an option I need to choose?”

It should happen automatically. Maybe your product is malfunctioning or the the powder detergent was placed in the softener tray causing a clog?

Ultra Large Capacity TurboWash™ Washer, Model # WM3770HVA has a Pre-Wash Detergent Compartment, a Main Wash Detergent Compartment, a Liquid Bleach Compartment and a Fabric Softener Compartment, all of which dispense automatically at the proper time during a wash cycle. Fabric Softener is automatically dispensed during the final rinse cycle. Because fabric softener has a thicker consistency, we recommend that you use water to dilute the softener with a 50:50 ratio.
