We regret to read that your ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.0 cu.ft. MEGA Capacity TurboWash® Washer, Model # WT5480CW is making noises during the wash and rinse cycles. Squeaking sounds like that may be because the suspension rods need to either just be greased with a lithium grease or that the rods may need to be replaced. It could be something else and the machine will need to be insoected to determine the cause. If you have any experience on working on washers, you may be able to resolve this by greasing the suspension rods or replacing them yourself otherwise you may need to contact our Call Representatives at our Customer Interactive Center (800) 243-0000 and schedule a repair service with them or you can visit us at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair-service/find-repair-provider to find a local repair service center who can perform the service...^IFV
