• There is no difference that I am aware of. It isn’t uncommon for different vendors to have the same product with different UPCs and Model Numbers. I own this monitor that I purchased from Best Buy and it is exactly the same specs as the Apple model.

• They are the same exact models. The model number changes dependng on the dealer. ^ Jamal

• Don’t know, but maybe Apple has theirs coded differently for identification purposes.
