If using Windows, you can drag to each corner of the screen or to each half of the screen or to the top of the screen for full screen. This creates four windows or two windows or full screen for your apps. On this monitor, when in four windows, it looks like four traditional monitors stacked in 2x2, when in half screen it looks like two monitors rotated vertically. If using Mac, I recommend downloading the app Rectangles.
