• I purchased a wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse that allows you to switch between 3 sources. I would look into that, otherwise you will need a keyboard and mouse for each source. That is how I solutioned for myself.

• No. Those are separate inputs. The monitor only manages video inputs and not any other peripherals.
