You may have already solved this issue, but most monitors above 60hz are locked to 60hz out of the box. To fix this you need to open the monitor display settings in windows and set it to its max (or whatever you want your refresh rate to be at).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does. You may not have your PS5 in performance mode therefore your PS5 may not be trying to output at 120 fps. Even then, only some games support it. No PS4 games run at 120 fps on ps5. Your other monitor most likely allows 120 fps but your settings on the ps5 are most likely incorrect.
