How do you change it to 144hz, its stuck on 60hz for me. null

If you find the setting “V sync” I’m pretty sure when you turn that off it will adapt to your game, assuming you are on pc, and will take full advantage of its refresh rate. I turned V sync off in CoD Warzone and in my monitor settings and that did the trick. Again, this is assuming you are on pc.
