No, this monitor is not a G-Sync Ultimate monitor. G-Sync Ultimate displays are certified for ultra-low latency, multi-zone backlights, DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, 1,000 nits max brightness with HDR video or games and to run at its highest refresh rate at its max resolution due to an "advanced" Nvidia G-sync processor, so if you do not want to have to pick between G-Sync and HDR, a G-Sync Ultimate monitor is necessary. ^CP

Please try again later.Answer to your question, not at the same time, this monitor has been approve by nvidia as compatible with GTX 1000's cards and higher, As for HDR 350 nits (brightness) is not enough but adds a little to HDR bluray movies, minimum spec for HDR is 400, this monitor is Aimed at gamers!
