Are there blue light filter settings? null

Reader mode allows the reduction of blue light emissions that can be harmful to the eyes. ^Daphane

The monitor does not have a blue light filter setting. The refresh speed eliminate any flickering for a crisp display. However all new OS have the capabilities to dim displays and night modes. The monitor will respond to that accordingly.
