• You can plug an HDMI cable into it, but it has no speakers. It has a headphone jack that you could plug speakers into. I've used my xbox with it and just plugged in my headphones to my xbox controller.

• Yes but the monitor has no speakers. If you connect the speakers to the monitor, you should be able to use completely with a ps4.
