I was able to set the Xbox One X to 1440p & 120hz with this monitor, but you must first turn off adaptive sync in the monitors settings. Otherwise it will change one of the settings back to 1080p or 60hz.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.FreeSync works just fine over HDMI. Can actually tell a difference in PUBG and APEX. However, I was not able to enable 120hz with 1440p. I have another 144hz 1080p LG and the 120hz does enable at 1080p. However I haven’t noticed any difference in gameplay between the 120 and 60hz. Maybe the 120hz will be something available in games in the future, but I don’t think any games actually support 120hz on Xbox. This monitor feels just as responsive as my LG 1ms TN panel.
