Yes you can zoom in on the picture and see the sticker on the face. I also have the same sticker on mine. I have it connected to a PS5 so I am not sure what it is or how it well it works but works well with my PS.

Yes. It has a "NVIDIA G-SYNC" sticker on the front of the monitor and on the box showing it's G-SYNC Compatible.
