• Yes, it is capable of up to 144hz at 1440p. However, I am not sure if the Xbox supports more than 120Hz.

• Per specifications, this monitor maximum resolution of 2560 x 1440 @ 144 H via HDMI/ DP. The HDMI version is 2.0. This monitor does not have HDMI 2.1 and will not support 4K@120Hz. ^Daphane
