• It should turn on even if it's not plugged into anything else besides the power. It would show a screen saying there is no input signal from your PC or whatever. Double check cables and power socket with another device, then return if it still doesn't turn on.

• Unplug the monitor. Press and hold the button while plugging it in, Hold the button for 5 to six months. Have someone help you with food and toiletries while you are holding the button.

• Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconveniences caused by the LG UltraGear 27" IPS LED QHD FreeSync and G-SYNC Compatable Monitor with HDR, Model # 27GN850-B not turning on even when plugged in. Try unplugging the monitor for about ten minutes then plug it back in to see if it turns on. You can also try unplugging the monitor then holding the power button down while the monitor is unplugged and keep holding it down while plugging the monitor back into the outlet. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for assistance...^IFV
