Hi J. You are confusing your monitor specs which is completely understandable. The monitor response time and refresh rate are two different things. The response time is how fast it updates the pixels switch from color to color, which range from 5 ms to 1 ms. Most LEDs pc monitors cannot achieve 1 ms response times without noticeable affects. A monitor's refresh rate is how fast it updates the image being fed from the PS5 or GPU in a PC. Given that most consoles prior to PS5 output only 60mhz refresh rates because all TVs had 60mhz refresh rates. The latest generation of consoles like the PS5 can support a higher refresh rate of 120mhz. The PS5 also just started supporting 120mhz, which may explain why some games don't even support it yet.
