“Will this accept a 4K signal and downscale to 1440p? Asking mainly because I'm playing on a PS4 Pro and my current monitor only upscales from 1080p to 1440p making the picture look blurry.”

• No. It will not downscale. If you have an nvidia gpu you can do what is called DSR for 4k image into a 1440p, but it's still 1440p.
