I've never seen a monitor with a peel-off film. It's not like a PC case with a glass side, where you peel off the film.

We understand you're wondering if there is a plastic film on the screen that needs to be peeled off. Typically, monitors like this may have protective plastic films on the bezel or sides, but there should not be a protective film on the actual screen itself. If you're seeing a plastic film around the edges, it is likely for the bezel. However, if you find any protective film on the screen, it can be peeled off carefully. Be sure to check around the screen carefully for any edges that might indicate a protective layer. https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-32gs75q-b-gaming-monitor#pdp_specs For further assistance or if you need more guidance, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be happy to assist you.
