Are the HDMI 2.1 ports the full 48Gbps bandwidth? null

Hi, HDMI 2.1 increases the maximum uncompressed bandwidth that an HDMI cable can handle up to 48 Gbps, and the maximum compressed bandwidth to at least 128 Gbps. ^Vanessa

Are we even sure these are HDMI 2.1 and not HDMI 2.0? It doesn't say on their website and being that the monitor is WQHD I could see it being HDMI 2.0.
