“I purchased this unit during the holidays and just now set it up and found that it doesn't play half of my bluerays and none of my DVDs. What is going on? It just reverts back to the main menu (video, photos, etc.) after selecting to play the movie.”

• Check the input function on your tv to make sure it on the right setting. Also, are you using an HDMI cord?
