“I bought this bluray and already installed but i put my uhd bluray and nothing happen, what could it be the problem? i used a hdmi 2.0 cable :(”

• I would check the connection cable and make sure the blu Ray power source is plugged in. Might be the hdmi cable is faulty also make sure you have the tv’s input on the correct hdmi port.

• Your screen can't handle the massive torrent of data contained in a "four times HD" stream. Or you accidentally inserted the cord into one of the inputs that's not UHD-able.
