“Does this still have the noise issues when playing 4k disks?”

• It apparently has to do with the build date of the player. It seems to affect models made the first half of 2017. I had a March build and it had that noise while playing Planet Earth II and other 4K discs. I recently swapped it for an August build and it plays silently, no problems at all.

• I was not aware of a noise issue when playing 4k discs. I have had this player for 3weeks and have only played 4 K discs and have not noticed any noise. Player gets a little loud if you forget to turn it off and it has been on for hours however that is something I would expect. Hope this helps.
