• Label on back of device says 120V - 60 Hz - 17W. Simple Manual shows Power supply as 5V - 500mA

• I am sending you a picture of the label in the back. The only other voltage reference has to do with "5 V 500 mA" for the USB. Given the picture, I would believe that it would need a voltage adapter from 220V to 120V.

• Maybe try looking into stepdown transformers. or adaptors that lower 22v to 110v
