• "Blu-ray Disc Association licensing doesn't permit region free players from any BD player manufacturer. You have to get a 3rd party mod. " This can do NTSC to PAL & PAL to NTSC for REGION FREE or UNLOCKED DVDs but that is NOT REMOTELY CLOSE TO BE "REGION FREE" which either requires a GLITCH trick or a physical hardware mod. Some Studios like Warner Bros. for example are 99% region Free Blu-rays and many overseas imports from the UK as one example are not encoded with a REGION FLAG (Region Free) but this player IS NOT REGION FREE!!!
