Yes it supports atmos and dtsx. Whoever answered no doesn't not know this player or any 2017 player. All 2017 4k players will support atmos. All 4k movies that are released in the black cases will support either atmos or dtsx. Avs forums are a great place to look for real amswers

Atmos is just a way of coding height effects into a Dolby HD format. So, if a player is Dolby HD compatible, it is Atmos compatible.
