“Is it possible to play Dolby atmos samples from a external hard drive?”

• I downloaded atmos sample from dolby.com to usb drive and the player does play it with ease. I have the May manufacture date.

• Yes, but I've notice some latency sound. I believe it's my HDMI cable but haven't been able to replace it yet.
