Q: QuestionHow long is the range on this thing? I was considering buying it for my wife for Christmas...she's a teacher and would like to walk around the school without her phone but be alerted to text messages. Would that work? Thanks!

• A:Answer There is no radius at all! That was the main reason I returned this watch, it's a great watch but the second I was 2 feet away from my phone it doesn't work. It's disappointing because this watch really is a great watch!

• A:Answer It's neither really. It does have fitness apps and that sort of thing, but it doesn't have GPS like fitness watches do. It also does not answer or make calls, but it does do email, social media and texting. It does have to be connected to your phone to do these things.
