Nope, It has only wifi and bluetooth. There are mics though if there apps that support calling (skype maybe? or tethered through phone)from the wrist, but you will need to pair a Bluetooth headset to the watch to hear anything

No. It will work WITH your cellphone but it can not be used as a cell phone.
