• I haven’t tried different speakers but I don’t see why not, they just plug in with speaker wire. The receiver is the only thing that has to interface with the sound bar then pushes the sound and power to the speakers. As long as it has enough power for the speakers you want to use I see no reason it wouldn’t work. That being said the speakers it comes with have great sound and are easy to setup and mount. My living room was pre wired so I used the existing wire and a single screw to mount them.
