“can you extend the distance the speakers are from the receiver?”

• There's no extension wires that come with this to separate the speakers more ... However if you bought separate extension wire I don't see why not.

• You can extend the speakers for the LG XBOOM 40W Speaker System and Subwoofer Combo Set, Model # LK72 as far as the speaker wires will allow you to extend them. If you need to extend them further that what the supplied speaker wires allow, you can always buy longer speaker wires or splice the supplied wires. You can use either 16-gauge or 18 gauge wire. Take one of the speaker wires with you so you can compare them to the reels of speaker wire sold at Best Buy. Best Buy sells the appropriate speakers wires in lengths of 30 feet, 50 feet or 100 feet...^IFV
