“My unit keeps turning off/shutting down after about 10 - 15 minutes. I have been unable to figure out why. Thank you”

• I contacted LG they told me to contact Best Buy. I’ve already passed the time to return the item with Best Buy. So pretty much both companies said to contact the other guess I’m out $250.
