“I have this speaker and every time I unplug it to take outside it shuts off. Does the power cord not charge it”

• It doesn't have a rechargeable battery. It has to be plugged in to tge wall.

• The LG XBOOM Speaker System with Karaoke Creator, model RK7 is not a rechargeable speaker. It is powered by a power cord and does not have a built-in battery. ^Danee
