I find turning on the Bluetooth on device you are going to connect with first , then turn on speaker. Try removing off Bluetooth list..then researching. Good luck

Please try again later.DONT HAVE THE TECHNICAL ANSWER BUT THE REASON ITS GOOD TO SHOP AT THE STORE VS AMAZON- RETURN IT TO BEST BUY - I HAD A MINOR PROBLEM WITH THE LED AND JUST EXCHANGED IT FOR A NEW ONE. THEY WOULD PROBABLY STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT. 9 UNLESS ITS BEEN A LONG TIME)
